To me as a person i have learnt a lot in this unit. i have been able share my knowledge and feelings with members. sharing and caring is the way to go. it has also open my eyes in the sense that i can sell my professional goal world wide where by people can give their views and in case of any mistake made, corrections can be made according to the guidance being given. As an Instructor, i have been able to get useful resources related to professional goal and the learners as well. i have been able to put up related post on topics related to professional development and at the same time for us teachers.
I think am ready and confident about this role because it is going to be part of me and continuous.
organizing and sharing resources has to be content related to my professional goal. I recommend all new users of technology to try it out and they will never regret cause it has really opened my eyes and made my research wider than before. thanks to CCTI.
